(More customer reviews)This blade is a must have if you plan on slicing meat with the Chefs Choice 610. The slicer only includes a serrated blade which is great for bread and veggies but not the best for thin slices of meat. With this blade I am able to use the thinnest setting on the slicer to produce thin, even, deli quality style cuts.
